Warranty + DOA (Damage on Arrival) — Evening Glow Pro Supply

Read this before you install anything. Knowing the process saves time on both ends.


Warranty Duration by Material

  • Brass fixture housings: Lifetime warranty
  • Aluminum fixture housings: 3-year warranty
  • Integrated LED modules and smart/Bluetooth electronics: 3-year warranty (regardless of housing material)
  • LED bulbs (all types, standard and RGBW): 1-year warranty
  • Accessories (connectors, stakes, mounts, timers, photocells): No warranty — inspect on arrival, report DOA within 48 hours

Aluminum fixtures are an economy-grade option for budget-conscious and high-volume projects. Contractors should communicate the material and warranty difference to their clients.


DOA / Shipping Damage — 48-Hour Window

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (based on carrier-marked delivery timestamp).
  • Required with your claim:
    • Photo of outer box
    • Photo of shipping label
    • Photo of inner packaging
    • Photo of the damaged or defective product
    • Short written description of the issue
  • If the 48-hour window is missed, the issue is handled as a warranty claim, not DOA.
  • Remedy (replacement or credit) is determined case-by-case at our discretion.

Warranty — Replacement Only

  • Replacement only. No labor reimbursement. No exceptions.
  • Installed items are not returnable. Warranty applies only if the item is confirmed defective.
  • Contractor must provide:
    • Transformer model
    • Tap used
    • Approximate wire run length
    • Voltage readings at the fixture (if applicable)

Not Covered

Warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by:

  • Improper installation or incorrect sealing
  • Water intrusion due to install error
  • Wrong transformer or tap selection
  • Over- or under-voltage outside product spec
  • Physical damage
  • Corrosion from harsh chemicals or salt beyond normal environmental exposure
  • Modifications or misuse
  • Incompatible lamps or components

RMA Process

  1. Email ZC@EveningGlowllc.com with:
    • Company name
    • Order date
    • SKU and quantity affected
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or video
  2. We may require return of the unit for inspection before a replacement is issued.
  3. Replacements ship after confirmation and are subject to stock availability.

Smart / Bluetooth Products

  • May require app setup and troubleshooting before a warranty claim is accepted (power cycle, pairing reset, repeater placement).
  • Warranty covers hardware defects only. Phone, app, account, and network issues are not covered.
