Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our US fulfillment warehouse. This policy applies to all contractor accounts.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping

Orders over $500 (fixtures, bulbs, and accessories) ship FREE via standard ground.

Orders Under $500

Flat rate shipping or actual cost (calculated at invoice).

Heavy Items

Wire spools, bulk transformer orders, and oversized items ship at actual freight cost regardless of order total. We’ll confirm shipping cost before invoicing.

Delivery Estimates

• Most orders ship within 2–5 business days from our US warehouse.
• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 3–7 business days after shipment).

Handling Time

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–5 business days after order placement and payment confirmation. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or high order volume are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Heavy items such as wire may ship at actual freight cost. We will confirm shipping charges before processing your order if costs exceed standard rates.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate ship-to address at the time of order. This includes suite numbers, gate codes, and correct zip codes. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable due to an address error or failure to receive, the following applies:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund
• A restocking fee may apply

Freight & Large Orders

Large or heavy orders may ship via freight carrier. We will contact you to coordinate delivery if a freight shipment is required. Freight deliveries require someone present to receive and inspect the shipment.
