Returns Policy

We stand behind our products. We also run a tight operation. Read this policy before placing an order.


What We Accept

Returns are accepted only on items that are:

  • Unopened and in original manufacturer packaging
  • Uninstalled and unused
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

How to Request a Return

  1. Email ZC@EvningGlowLLC.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order details and reason for return
  3. Wait for RMA approval before shipping anything back
  4. Ship the item back at your expense using a trackable method

Items returned without an approved RMA will be refused.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is non-negotiable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.


What We Do Not Accept

No returns, no exceptions, on the following:

  • Wire (any length, cut or uncut)
  • Opened bulbs
  • Installed fixtures or accessories
  • Special order items
  • Items outside the 7-day return window

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback to bypass this return process will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We document all orders, communications, and shipments. Disputes filed without following this process will be contested in full.
